Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Basket Rewards via WhatsApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
To participate in Basket Rewards, you must:
- •Be a resident of Botswana
- •Have an active WhatsApp account with a valid phone number
- •Be of legal age to enter into contracts
3. Rewards Program Rules
The following rules govern the Basket Rewards program:
- •Points are earned based on valid receipt uploads
- •One point is earned per Pula spent on eligible purchases
- •Points do not expire as long as your account remains active
- •Points cannot be transferred to other accounts
4. Receipt Upload Requirements
To qualify for rewards, receipts must meet the following criteria:
- •Be from a registered retail store or merchant
- •Clearly show the store name, transaction date, and total amount
- •Be uploaded as a clear photo or digital document
- •Be uploaded within 30 days of the purchase date
5. Points Earning
Once a valid receipt is verified:
- •Points are added to your account immediately
- •We reserve the right to reject receipts that appear fraudulent or ineligible
- •Disputed transactions will be reviewed within 7 business days
6. Redeeming Points for Airtime
Points can be redeemed for airtime credit on participating mobile networks:
- •Redemption ratios and participating networks are subject to change
- •Redemptions are processed within 24 hours of confirmation
- •Once redeemed, airtime cannot be refunded to Basket Rewards points
7. Account Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account if:
- •You violate these Terms of Service
- •You submit fraudulent or false receipts
- •You engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior toward the service
- •Upon your request for account deletion
Upon termination, any remaining points will be forfeited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Basket Rewards is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of points, missed rewards, or service interruptions.
9. Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute with Basket Rewards:

- Provide details of your dispute
- We will investigate and respond within 7 business days
- If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to arbitration
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Botswana. Any legal proceedings arising from your use of Basket Rewards shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Botswana.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of Basket Rewards after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
